This is actually my second beginners' class since the first was on Jan. 1. But it was over a month ago so I didn't know exactly what to expect. I honestly thought it was going to be super easy. I mean, its the beginners' class, and I made it through the Power Yoga class so this should be cake, right? Wrong! More crescents, more one legged dogs, more shaking legs. It was slightly easier. But again, it left me feeling completely at ease and stress free. Thank you yoga!
